Amy Wamsley is no stranger to bold visions and boundary-breaking goals. As the founder of Variegated Solutions, a newly launched company focused on empowering women through strategic coaching and leadership development, Amy is blending purpose with action in everything she does. Her latest endeavor, Amy’s Swimventure, is a powerful extension of that mission. She is currently training to swim the English Channel, aiming to be the first woman since 1976 to accomplish this feat while claiming Ohio as her home state. 

Amy’s Swimventure is more than a personal achievement; it is a movement built around environmental awareness, resilience, and women's empowerment. Through this journey, Amy is building partnerships to foster meaningful connections and mobilize resources that benefit communities along U.S. waterways. Her goal is to make her swim a catalyst for widespread environmental action, bringing attention to the urgent need for stewardship and protection of our natural water systems.

The intense physical and mental regimen required to prepare for major open-water swims reflects a broader spirit of overcoming challenges.
