Yellow Springs Brewery - Craft Beer Cook-Off

Time once again for the Craft beer Cook-Off! Come on out and wow us with your culinary skills!

Same rules as last time:
1. A dish can be anything but it needs to include a Yellow Springs Brewery beer in the recipe.  
2. Participants must provide their own: crockpots, chaffing dishes, serve-ware, and toppings for their dishes (we'll provide plates, bowls, utensils, and napkins)
3. Participants need to take away any serve-ware, crockpots, chaffing dishes, etc. once the event ends at 6PM.

Categories are:
People's Choice - entree
People's Choice - dessert
Best in Show - dessert
Best in Show - entree
Most Creative Use of Beer.

Set-up for participants starts at 1:30PM and doors open for the public at 2:00PM.
Judging will commence at the start of the event and winners will be announced at 5:00PM.
