Welcome to this year’s Yellow Springs Street Fair - Octobber, where fun, creativity, and community come together! 

With the unpredictable and shifting economy, we understand the challenges small businesses and entrepreneurs face! That’s why we’ve updated our pricing to reflect our commitment to keeping this festival accessible for all.

We carefully select vendors and entertainers to ensure they align with our festival’s values and culture. Artisan craft and service vendors must offer quality, original, and preferably handmade products. Food vendors are chosen for their diverse, quality offerings, prioritizing fresh, local ingredients. Entertainment is curated to create a vibrant atmosphere that enhances the festival experience. Each participant is evaluated based on their overall contribution to the festival’s vision and community experience.


🚨 Please read the information below carefully to successfully complete your application. 
The Yellow Springs Street Fair is a rain-or-shine event, and once registrations are approved, no refunds will be processed.

EVENT TIMES 9am-7pm
Craft, Service, Food Vendors: 9am-5pm
Beer & Music Festival Area: 11am-7pm

APPLICATION PROCESS
Applications are reviewed and approved on a rolling basis. Submission does not guarantee approval but ensures that the YS Street Fair team can thoroughly review all interested vendors.

A $25 non-refundable application fee is included with your registration. If your application is not approved, you will receive a refund minus the $25 application fee. Applications will be accepted until the event reaches capacity.

Important Note: Information-only booths are not considered service vendors and will only be accepted as event sponsors or partners starting at $500. To explore sponsorship and partnership opportunities, please email streetfair@yschamber.org.

ARE YOU A NON-PROFIT?
If you are a registered non-profit with the IRS, please enter the discount code NONPROFIT at checkout. Proof of non-profit status is required.

MULTIPLE BOOTH APPLICATIONS
Please register for only one 10x10 space under your selected registration type. You may reserve up to three additional spaces under “Additional Items.” Non-profit participants are limited to one 10x10 space. NOTE: Vendors are registering for the space (footprint) of their desired area. Example: If your booth is 10x10 feet, but your merchandise/set up spans beyond that space - you must register for an additional 10x10 space.
